I hope you have had a restful weekend so far. Just a reminder we do not have school tomorrow, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. day. I look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday.

Students have been working hard on their mid-year assessments this week! Our staff is excited to share your child’s growth with you during upcoming conferences. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so as soon as possible. Our goal is to meet with every family so we can work together as a team to support your child’s success.

Here is the latest news and information for the week ahead:

This month’s virtue is Respectful. Staff members are on the lookout for students who are being respectful with their classmates and respectful with staff members by following directions, using listening ears and using "please" and "thank you".

In advance of exclusion day (Feb. 25), Orchid Health will hold vaccination clinics on Monday, Feb. 9 and Monday, Feb. 23 at the Sandy High School clinic. The clinics are by appointment only and appointments can be made by calling 971-220-2701.

The temperatures have been dropping! Please help us keep our students warm and dry by making sure to send them with a warm jacket, preferably one that is waterproof and with a hood. We also highly recommend that you put their first and last name on it so if it is lost, it can easily be reunited with them. If you need assistance with this please let us know, we have some extra jackets that have been donated to us.
